Anima Musica is a Montreal community-based amateur choir celebrating its 40th anniversary in the spring. Over the years, our winter and spring concerts, as well as numerous smaller performances, have been delighting our audiences. Especially over the past twelve years, under the direction of GeneviËve Boulanger, we have broadened our repertoire with increased variety and musical quality. Our Baroque Masters concert of last year featured a small orchestra in accompaniment and in 2010 we placed 2nd in the National Amateur Choir Competition of the ACCC. In addition, our choir provides a forum for young performing musicians to develop their skills, both with solo performances and choral accompaniment.
All donations are welcome and for donations of $25 or more, you will receive a tax receipt as we are a registered non-profit organization.
Thank You for helping the Anima Musica choir continue to provide food of love in our Montreal community and more literally, to provide food for young musicians.
Your donation will help us to continually improve our concerts in both complexity and quality.
Your donation will fund young musicians who perform with us during our concerts.
Your donation may be "matched" by a government arts program or by your employer.
Your donation will ensure another 40 years of the "food of love" for our local community.
